Hey friends! We are the Triad Fam, aka the Simbalas. We’re a polyamorous family consisting of three adults who are madly in love with each other. We also co-parent our sassy toddler, Lukas. Luis, 36, was born and bred in Baltimore, Maryland. Katie, 33, is a Bronx native, and my name is Raquel- I’m 26, and was born in New Jersey and raised in Virginia. 

We created this website and platform to not only share our stories, experiences and things we love, but to help encourage and inspire you all to live your best lives! When we ventured on our poly journey there weren’t many resources we could get information on polyamory, more specifically polyamory and Christianity, and there was nobody in our circle who could really understand the journey of a poly family. We started our Instagram page as a way to connect with people in our community and share our beautiful and not so beautiful experiences. We truly love creating content for you all and writing about our experiences and interests, and so what better way to do that other than Instagram? A blog site, of course!
